Payment Terms & Invoice Conditions
This invoice must be settled in full within thirty (30) days of the invoice date, i.e., no later than 15 July 2025. Late payments on this invoice shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month of delay, in accordance with French commercial law (Article L441-10 du Code de commerce). The Musician reserves all intellectual property rights over original compositions performed during the Lyon, France engagement.
