Payment Terms and Conditions
This invoice is issued in accordance with the French Commercial Code (Code de commerce, Article L.441-10) and the applicable regulations governing professional musician engagements in France. Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days of the invoice date via bank transfer to the IBAN specified above. A late payment penalty of 1.5 times the Banque de France base rate applies to any overdue balance, in addition to a fixed indemnity of €40 as stipulated by Article L.441-10 of the French Commercial Code.
The musician, Antoine Delacroix, is registered as an independent professional performer (auto-entrepreneur / micro-entrepreneur) with the URSSAF of Bouches-du-Rhône, Marseille. All services rendered under this invoice are subject to the terms of Contract Reference CTR-2025-MRS-118, signed on 10 May 2025 in Marseille, France. The musician retains full moral rights over all original compositions performed during the festival, in compliance with French copyright law.
Should the client require a duplicate of this invoice or wish to dispute any line item, written notice must be submitted to the musician's address in Marseille within fifteen (15) days of receipt. This invoice constitutes a valid fiscal document under French tax law and must be retained by the client for a minimum of ten (10) years in accordance with Article L.123-22 of the French Commercial Code.
