Invoice Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is issued by the undersigned Musician, Émile Laurent, operating as a self-employed professional in France Paris, in accordance with the French Commercial Code (Code de commerce) and applicable tax regulations of the République Française.
- Payment Terms: Full payment of this Invoice is due within 15 calendar days of the Invoice date (30 June 2025). Payment shall be made via bank transfer (virement bancaire) to the account specified below. Late payments are subject to a penalty of 3 times the statutory interest rate (taux d'intérêt légal) as per Article L441-10 of the French Commercial Code.

- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of any Musician service listed on this Invoice must be communicated in writing at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled date. Cancellations within 72 hours will be invoiced at 50% of the contracted amount. Cancellations within 24 hours will be invoiced in full.
- Applicable Law: This Invoice and all associated services are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute arising from this Invoice shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribunal de Commerce de Paris, France Paris.
