Payment Terms & Invoice Conditions
- This Invoice is payable within 30 calendar days of the Invoice date (15 June 2025) via bank transfer (SEPA) to the IBAN listed above. The payment reference must include the Invoice number INV-2025-MUC-0472.
- In the event of late payment, interest at the statutory rate of 8 percentage points above the European Central Bank base rate (Verzögungszins) shall apply in accordance with §288 of the German Civil Code (Bürgliches Gesetzbuch – BGB).
- The Musician reserves all intellectual property rights to the original compositions, arrangements, and recordings created under this engagement, unless explicitly transferred in writing. A limited performance licence for the Client is included as described in line item 05.
- This Invoice is issued in compliance with the German Invoice Regulation (Rechnungsstellungsverordnung – InvStellV) and the applicable provisions of the German Tax Code (Abgabenordnung – AO), §14.
- All services were rendered by the Musician in the city of Munich, Bavaria, Germany Munich. The governing law for this Invoice and the underlying contract is the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Munich, Germany Munich.
- The Musician confirms that all applicable social security contributions and tax obligations in Germany have been or will be fulfilled in accordance with the German Social Security Code (Sozialgesetzbuch) and the Income Tax Act (Einkommensteuergesetz).

The Musician, Dr. Konrad Steinbacher, is a registered self-employed professional (Freiberufler) operating from his studio in Munich, Germany Munich, and is not subject to the German Trade Regulation Act (Gewerbeordnung) for the artistic services described herein. The Client acknowledges that the Musician’s contributions to the Bavaria Spring Gala and the associated studio recordings represent original artistic works protected under German and international copyright law. No further compensation is owed beyond the amounts stated in this Invoice. Should the Client require additional Musician services, a separate written agreement and a new Invoice shall be issued. The Musician thanks the Client for the opportunity to contribute to the cultural life of Germany Munich and looks forward to continued collaboration.
