Invoice Terms & Conditions – Musician Services in Ghana Accra
- This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for all Musician services rendered by Kwame Asante in the Greater Accra region of Ghana. The Musician confirms that all performances, recordings, compositions, and coaching sessions listed above were delivered in full compliance with the agreed scope of work.
- Payment is due within fourteen (14) days of the Invoice date. Late payments shall attract a penalty interest of 2% per month, in accordance with the Ghanaian Consumer Protection Act and standard commercial practice in Accra.
- The Musician retains full intellectual property rights over all original compositions and arrangements created during the engagement, unless a separate written licensing agreement is executed by both parties in Ghana Accra.
