Payment Due: Full payment of this Invoice is due within 15 days from the date of issue (i.e., by 30 June 2025). A 50% advance was received on 01 June 2025 (₹ 75,000.00). The remaining balance of ₹ 1,04,500.00 is payable upon completion of the event.
Penalty: A late payment surcharge of 1.5% per month will be applied on any outstanding balance beyond the due date as per the service agreement signed in India Bangalore.
Important Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice has been issued by a registered Musician operating out of India Bangalore in compliance with the Goods and Services Tax (GST) Act, 2017 of India. The Musician holds a valid GST registration under the entertainment and live performance category.
2. All services rendered under this Invoice are subject to the Master Service Agreement dated 10 May 2025 between the Musician (Arjun Mehta) and Blue Horizon Events Pvt. Ltd. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
3. The Musician reserves the right to modify the setlist or performance arrangement with prior written consent from the client. Any additional requests beyond the scope defined in this Invoice will be billed separately at the Musician's standard hourly rate of ₹ 8,000 per hour.
4. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Musician reserves the right to re-issue the Invoice with applicable revised rates as per the prevailing market conditions in India Bangalore.
5. The Musician confirms that all compositions and arrangements delivered under this Invoice are original works. The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the recorded audio for internal corporate communications only. Any public broadcast or commercial distribution requires a separate licensing agreement with the Musician.
6. In the event of event cancellation by the client after 14 June 2025, a cancellation fee of 40% of the total Invoice value shall be applicable. Cancellations after 19 June 2025 will incur a 75% cancellation fee.
7. This Invoice does not constitute a tax invoice for the purpose of input tax credit unless a separate GST tax invoice is requested in writing by the client's finance department.
