Terms and Conditions
1. This invoice is valid for 30 days from the issue date. Payment overdue by more than 15 days will incur a late fee of 2% per month as per Iranian commercial law.
2. All musician services described herein are subject to the terms of the Master Service Agreement (MSA-THR-2025-012) signed between the parties on 28 Esfand 1403.
3. The musician retains full copyright ownership of all original compositions. The client receives a limited, non-transferable performance license restricted to venues within Tehran, Iran, for the duration specified in Line Item 5.
4. This invoice is issued in accordance with the Iranian Tax Administration (Sazman-e Omour-e Moliyeh) regulations and is valid for tax deduction purposes. A stamped copy of this invoice, along with the musician's tax registration certificate, must be retained by the client for their annual tax filing.
5. Any cancellation or modification of services after the date of service rendering will not be subject to refund. Pre-service cancellations are subject to a 25% administrative fee.
6. This invoice is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Any legal disputes shall be adjudicated in the competent courts of Tehran.
