Payment Terms & Instructions
This Invoice must be settled in full within fourteen (14) calendar days from the Invoice date of 15 June 2025. The total amount of 7,318,800 Iraqi Dinars (IQD) is payable via bank transfer to the following account held by the Musician, Khalid Al-Rashid, at the Central Bank of Iraq, Baghdad Branch.

This Invoice is issued by the Musician, Khalid Al-Rashid, operating under the registered business name Al-Rashid Musician Studio, based in Iraq Baghdad. All services described herein were performed in accordance with the signed Service Agreement dated 28 May 2025 between the Musician and Baghdad Cultural Events Co.
The Musician confirms that all compositions, arrangements, and recordings delivered under this Invoice are original works created specifically for the client. The Musician retains the moral rights to the compositions but grants the client a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and distribute the recorded tracks for cultural and educational purposes within Iraq Baghdad and internationally.
All performances and studio sessions referenced in this Invoice were conducted in compliance with the regulations of the Iraqi Ministry of Culture and the relevant municipal authorities in Iraq Baghdad. The Musician holds a valid professional license (License No. MUS-IQ-2023-0891) issued by the Iraqi Musician’s Guild, Baghdad Chapter.
Should the client require any amendments, corrections, or additional line items to this Invoice, written notice must be submitted to the Musician within seven (7) days of receipt. After this period, the Invoice shall be considered final and binding.
