Musician's Note: All performance rights, composition copyrights, and recording masters referenced in this Invoice remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Musician, David Ben-Ari, unless a separate written licensing agreement is executed. The client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable performance license for the specific event in Tel Aviv as described herein.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated Musician services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tel Aviv District Courts.
