Notes & Terms of Service
- This invoice is issued by a professional musician operating as a sole proprietorship (Partita IVA) registered with the Milan Chamber of Commerce. All services rendered are subject to the Italian Civil Code and the specific provisions of the Italian Copyright Law (Legge 633/1941) regarding the rights of the performing musician and composer.
- The original compositions and arrangements described in Line Item 2 remain the intellectual property of the musician, Alessandro Marchetti. The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to perform and reproduce the commissioned work for a period of five (5) years from the date of delivery, within the territory of Italy and the European Union.
- All performances and recordings conducted in Milan, Italy, are subject to the applicable SIAE (Società Italiana degli Autori ed Editori) performance rights fees, which are the responsibility of the venue operator (the client) and are not included in the amounts stated in this invoice.
- The musician confirms that all services have been performed in full compliance with Italian labor regulations, social security contributions (INPS – Gestione Separata), and tax obligations. The 20% withholding tax (ritenuta d'acconto) has been applied as required for professional services rendered to a corporate entity in Italy.
- Any dispute arising from this invoice or the services described herein shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Milan, Italy, in accordance with Italian law.
- This invoice is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue. After this period, the client is requested to confirm the validity of the document in writing before proceeding with payment.
