Notes Regarding This Invoice
This Invoice documents the professional services rendered by the Musician Kenji Tanaka during the period of 10–14 June 2025 in Japan Kyoto. All performances, workshops, and recording sessions were conducted in accordance with the service agreement dated 20 May 2025 (Contract Ref: KYO-CH-2025-089). The Musician confirms that all compositions performed and recorded are original works or properly licensed traditional pieces in the public domain. The client acknowledges that this Invoice constitutes the final and complete statement of charges for the services described herein. Any additional services requested beyond the scope of the original agreement will be subject to a separate Invoice and prior written approval from both parties.

Terms and Conditions
- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Japanese Commercial Code and applicable tax regulations of Japan Kyoto.
- The Musician warrants that all services were performed with professional skill, care, and in compliance with all local regulations governing public performances in Japan Kyoto.
- Intellectual property rights to all original compositions created during the service period remain with the Musician, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. The client is granted a non-exclusive license for archival and promotional use within Japan Kyoto.
- Disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through mediation in the city of Kyoto, Japan, in accordance with the laws of Japan.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Musician reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with updated tax calculations if applicable rates have changed.
