1. This Invoice constitutes the final and complete billing for all Musician services performed in Japan Osaka during the period of June 10, 2025, through June 21, 2025. No additional charges beyond those itemized above shall be applied to this Invoice.
2. The Musician confirms that all compositions and arrangements created under this engagement are original works. The client, Osaka Grand Cultural Events Co., Ltd., receives a non-exclusive license to use the recorded materials for promotional purposes within Japan Osaka and internationally for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of this Invoice.
3. The Musician has complied with all applicable Japanese tax regulations, including the submission of a Kakutei Shomei (Tax Identification Certificate) to the client. The withholding tax deducted on this Invoice has been remitted to the National Tax Agency of Japan on behalf of the Musician.
4. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying Musician service agreement in Japan Osaka shall be resolved through mediation in Osaka, Japan, in accordance with the laws of the State of Osaka and the national laws of Japan.
5. The Musician warrants that all equipment used during the Japan Osaka performances was in proper working condition and that all safety protocols mandated by the venue were observed throughout the engagement.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge the accuracy of this Invoice and agree to the terms outlined herein regarding the Musician's professional services delivered in Japan Osaka.
