Terms and Conditions of This Invoice

  • This Invoice must be settled in full within thirty (30) calendar days of the Invoice date via bank transfer to the account specified above. Late payments shall incur a penalty interest rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Japanese commercial law.
  • All services rendered by the Musician in Japan Tokyo are subject to the terms outlined in the master service agreement dated April 10, 2025. This Invoice serves as the final billing document for the May 2025 engagement period.
  • The Musician retains full intellectual property rights over all original compositions and arrangements created during this engagement period in Japan Tokyo, unless otherwise specified in a separate written license agreement. The client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable performance license for the commissioned works.
  • Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated Musician services in Japan Tokyo shall be resolved through mediation in Tokyo, Japan, in accordance with the laws of the State of Japan.
  • Cancellation or modification of scheduled Musician performances in Japan Tokyo must be communicated in writing no fewer than fourteen (14) days prior to the event date. Cancellations within fourteen days will be subject to a 50% fee of the scheduled performance amount.
  • This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Musician reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with applicable administrative fees.
  • All amounts stated in this Invoice are in Japanese Yen (JPY) and include applicable Consumption Tax as mandated by the National Tax Agency of Japan. No additional currency conversion fees apply.
