Terms & Conditions of This Invoice
This Invoice is issued by the undersigned Musician, Khalid Al-Mansouri, operating from Kuwait City, Kuwait, in accordance with the contractual agreement (Contract Ref: MC-KWT-2025-031) signed between the Musician and Gulf Events & Entertainment LLC. All services rendered under this Invoice pertain to professional Musician engagements performed within the boundaries of Kuwait, Kuwait City, and its surrounding districts.
- Payment Deadline: The full amount stated on this Invoice must be remitted within fifteen (15) calendar days from the Invoice date of 15 June 2025. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 2% per month as per Kuwaiti commercial law.
- Payment Method: Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Musician's designated account at National Bank of Kuwait, Kuwait City branch (IBAN: KW81 NBKK 0000 0000 1234 5678 90). Cheques must be made payable to "Khalid Al-Mansouri – Musician Services, Kuwait City."
- Scope of Musician Services: All Musician services listed in this Invoice are final and include the deliverables specified. Any additional requests for the Musician's time, composition, or performance beyond the scope outlined herein will be subject to a separate Invoice and additional fees.
- Intellectual Property: Upon full payment of this Invoice, all rights to the composed and recorded material transfer to the client for commercial use within Kuwait and the GCC. The Musician retains the right to display the work in a professional portfolio.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Kuwait, Kuwait City, in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of Musician services within 72 hours of the scheduled performance date will result in a 50% charge of the applicable line item on this Invoice.
