Terms & Conditions of This Invoice
- Payment Terms: Full payment of this Invoice is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the Invoice date. Payment is to be made via bank transfer to the Musician's designated account. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 2% per month as per Malaysian commercial practice.
- Bank Details: Faizal Musician Studio, Maybank Berhad, Account No. 5123-4567-8901, SWIFT: BMMBMYKL. All payments must reference Invoice No. KL-MUS-2025-0472.
- Tax Compliance: This Invoice is issued in compliance with the Sales and Service Tax (SST) Act 2018 of Malaysia. The Musician is registered under the Malaysian entertainment services tax category. The client is entitled to claim input tax credit where applicable under Malaysian tax law.
- Service Scope: All Musician services listed in this Invoice were performed in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and are subject to the terms of the master service agreement between the parties. Any additional services not listed herein shall be invoiced separately.
- Intellectual Property: Upon full settlement of this Invoice, all compositions, recordings, and arrangements created by the Musician for the client shall transfer full copyright ownership to Grand Horizon Events Sdn.
