1. This Invoice is issued by the undersigned Musician for professional performance and related services rendered in Myanmar Yangon. All services described herein were performed in accordance with the written agreement dated 10 June 2025 between the Musician and the Client.
2. Payment of this Invoice is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of issue. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance, in compliance with the Myanmar Commercial Law and applicable tax regulations.
3. The Musician reserves all intellectual property rights over any original compositions, arrangements, and recordings created specifically for this engagement in Myanmar Yangon. The Client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the recorded audio for internal promotional purposes only.
4. All services listed in this Invoice were performed within the administrative boundaries of Yangon, Myanmar. The Musician is registered and tax-compliant under the Myanmar Revenue Department for the fiscal year 2024–2025.
5. In the event of any dispute arising from this Invoice, both parties agree to resolve the matter through mediation in Myanmar Yangon before pursuing any legal action in the competent courts of Myanmar.
6. This Invoice constitutes the final and complete statement of charges for the Musician services described. No additional fees shall be applicable unless a written amendment to the original contract is executed by both parties.
