Invoice Terms & Conditions — Musician Services, Nepal Kathmandu
1. Payment Terms: This Invoice must be settled in full within fifteen (15) calendar days from the Invoice date. Payment is to be made via bank transfer to the Musician's designated account at Nabil Bank, Kathmandu Branch, Nepal. Cheques should be made payable to "Suresh Bahadur Tamang — Kathmandu Sound & Rhythm House."
2. Cancellation Policy: Should the client wish to cancel or reschedule any Musician performance listed on this Invoice, a minimum of 72 hours' written notice is required. Cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled event will incur a 50% fee of the contracted Musician rate for that specific engagement.
3. Intellectual Property: All compositions, arrangements, and recordings produced by the Musician under this Invoice remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Musician unless a separate written licensing agreement is executed. The client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the specific event or project described herein.
4. Tax Compliance: All tax calculations on this Invoice are in accordance with the Inland Revenue Department of Nepal, Kathmandu. The Musician is registered under the applicable VAT and Service Tax provisions for professional entertainment services in Nepal Kathmandu.
5. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through mediation in Kathmandu, Nepal, in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Both parties agree to attempt amicable resolution before pursuing legal action.
6. Additional Services: Any additional Musician services requested beyond the scope of this Invoice will be billed separately and require prior written approval from the client.
