Terms & Conditions of This Invoice
- This Invoice represents the full and final charge for all Musician services rendered as described above. No additional fees shall apply unless a written amendment is agreed upon by both parties prior to the event date.
- Payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue of this Invoice. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month on the outstanding balance, in accordance with the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) guidelines applicable in Nigeria Abuja.
- The Musician reserves all intellectual property rights over the original composition (Item 4) unless a separate licensing agreement is executed in writing. The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the composition for internal corporate purposes within Nigeria Abuja and its environs.
- All services described in this Invoice were performed by a registered and licensed Musician operating within the Federal Capital Territory, Nigeria Abuja. The Musician holds a valid Performing Rights Society of Nigeria (PRSN) membership and all necessary permits for live performance in the Abuja metropolitan area.
- In the event of cancellation by the client after the rehearsal date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total Invoice amount shall be due and payable within five (5) business days.
- This Invoice is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nigeria Abuja, FCT.
- The Musician warrants that all equipment used during the performance was properly maintained, insured, and compliant with the safety standards set by the National Environmental Standards and Regulations Enforcement Agency (NESREA) for noise levels in residential and commercial zones of Abuja.
