Invoice Notes
This Invoice is issued by the undersigned Musician, Carlos M. Reyes, for professional performance and related services rendered in and around the Philippines Manila metropolitan area. All services listed above were performed in compliance with the agreed-upon contract dated May 20, 2025, between the Musician and Grand Manila Events Corporation.
The Musician confirms that all performances were conducted at the designated venue in Philippines Manila and that all deliverables, including the custom arrangement and post-event recordings, have been or will be delivered within the stipulated timelines.
Payment for this Invoice is due within thirty (30) days from the Invoice date. A 5% early payment discount applies if the full amount is remitted on or before June 30, 2025. Late payments shall accrue interest at 1.5% per month as per Philippine commercial law.
Terms and Conditions
1. This Invoice constitutes a final billing statement for all Musician services rendered during the period specified. No additional charges shall apply beyond those itemized herein unless a written amendment is executed by both parties.
2. The Musician retains full intellectual property rights over all original compositions performed in Philippines Manila. The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the recorded performance for internal corporate communications only.
3. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to BDO Unibank, Account No. 1023-4567-8901, in the name of Carlos M. Reyes. Please reference Invoice No. INV-2025-0347 on all remittances.
4. In the event of cancellation by the client within 72 hours of the scheduled performance in Philippines Manila, the Musician reserves the right to charge 50% of the total Invoice amount as a cancellation fee.
5. This Invoice is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through mediation in the Philippines Manila jurisdiction before proceeding to litigation.
6. The Musician is registered with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) in the Philippines Manila region and is in good standing for all tax obligations. An Official Receipt will be issued upon full settlement of this Invoice.
