Invoice Terms & Conditions – Musician Services in Qatar Doha
- This Invoice is valid for payment within fifteen (15) calendar days from the Invoice date. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month, in compliance with the commercial regulations of Qatar Doha.
- All Musician services described in this Invoice were performed in the State of Qatar, Doha, and are governed by the laws of Qatar. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the Doha Commercial Courts.
- The Musician retains full intellectual property rights to all original compositions created under this engagement, including the piece "Doha Rising." The client is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the composition for promotional and archival purposes within Qatar Doha.
- Payment for this Invoice shall be made via bank transfer to the following account: Bank of Qatar, Account Name: Khalid Al-Mansoori, IBAN: QA5801020000000987654321. Payments in foreign currency will be converted at the Qatar Doha Central Bank's daily exchange rate.
- The Musician confirms that all services were rendered in full compliance with Qatar Doha's entertainment licensing requirements, and the Musician holds a valid Qatar Doha Entertainment Permit (No. QD-ENT-2024-3312) issued by the Ministry of Culture and Sports.
- This Invoice constitutes the final and complete statement of charges for the Musician services rendered. No additional fees shall be incurred beyond the amounts specified herein unless a written amendment is executed by both parties.
- The client acknowledges receipt of this Invoice and agrees to the terms stated above. A copy of this Invoice shall be retained by both parties for a minimum of five (5) years in accordance with Qatar Doha's financial record-keeping regulations.
