2. The Musician confirms that all services listed in this Invoice were personally performed or directly supervised by the undersigned in the capacity of a registered Individual Entrepreneur (IP) operating in Moscow, Russia.
3. All intellectual property rights to compositions, arrangements, and recordings created under this engagement remain with the Musician unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement. The client is granted a non-exclusive license for performance and broadcast within Russia Moscow for a period of five (5) years.
4. This Invoice is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, the Musician reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with updated pricing.
5. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the Arbitration Court of Moscow, Russia Moscow, in accordance with the jurisdiction clause of the master service agreement.
6. The Musician warrants that all performances and recordings comply with the copyright laws of the Russian Federation and that all third-party compositions used have been properly licensed through the relevant collecting societies (RAO, VOIS).
