Payment Terms and Conditions
Payment for this Invoice is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue, no later than 28 June 2025. The Musician, Alexei Dmitrievich Volkov, accepts payment via bank transfer to the following account: Sberbank, Branch Russia Saint Petersburg, Account No. 40802810100000012345, BIC 044030001, Correspondent Account 30101810400000000225. All amounts are stated in Russian Rubles (RUB) and are subject to the tax regulations of the Russian Federation as applicable in Russia Saint Petersburg.
Late payments shall incur a penalty of 0.1% per calendar day of delay, in accordance with Article 317.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The Musician reserves the right to suspend further services until full settlement of this Invoice is confirmed in writing by the client.
This Invoice constitutes a legally binding document under the commercial contract No. NCE-2025-114 dated 20 May 2025 between the Musician and AO "Nevsky Cultural Events" for the provision of professional musical performance, composition, and educational services in Russia Saint Petersburg. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the Arbitration Court of Russia Saint Petersburg in accordance with the governing law of the Russian Federation.

I, Alexei Dmitrievich Volkov, hereby certify that I am a duly registered self-employed professional Musician operating in Russia Saint Petersburg under the simplified tax regime for individual entrepreneurs. All services described in this Invoice were performed personally by the undersigned Musician or under direct supervision.
