Terms, Conditions & Notes Regarding This Invoice
- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the regulations of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) of Saudi Arabia. The Musician is registered as a VAT-liable entity in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- Payment for this Invoice is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the Invoice date. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 2% per month as stipulated under Saudi commercial law.
- The Musician confirms that all performance activities described in this Invoice were conducted under a valid entertainment license (License No. GEA-2025-08834) issued by the General Entertainment Authority of Saudi Arabia, Riyadh.
- All musical compositions and arrangements created as part of this engagement remain the intellectual property of the Musician unless otherwise agreed in writing. The client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the recordings for promotional purposes within Saudi Arabia Riyadh for a period of twelve (12) months.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to: Riyad Bank, Account Name: Al-Rashid Music & Performance Services, IBAN: SA03 8000 0000 6080 1016 7519. Please reference Invoice Number INV-2025-RYD-0472 in the transfer remarks.
- This Invoice is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Musician reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with applicable adjustments.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- The Musician warrants that all services rendered are of professional quality and performed in compliance with all applicable Saudi Arabian cultural and entertainment regulations in force in Riyadh at the time of performance.
