Terms and Conditions – Musician Invoice, Senegal Dakar
This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for professional Musician services delivered in Senegal Dakar. By accepting this Invoice, the client acknowledges the following terms:
- All Musician services described in this Invoice were performed in full compliance with the contractual agreement dated 05 June 2025 between the Musician and Teranga Events & Productions SARL.
- The Musician retains full intellectual property rights over all original compositions performed or recorded during the service period, unless a separate licensing agreement is executed in writing.
- Payment of this Invoice is due no later than 30 June 2025. Failure to remit payment by the due date will result in a late fee of 1.5% per month, in accordance with the Senegalese Code of Obligations.
- The Musician is registered as a self-employed professional in Senegal Dakar and is responsible for all applicable income tax declarations. The 5% withholding tax deducted on this Invoice is remitted to the Direction Générale des Impôts (DGI) on behalf of the Musician.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the competent commercial courts of Dakar, Senegal, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Senegal.
- This Invoice is valid for a period of 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Musician reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with updated tax calculations if applicable rates have changed.
