The undersigned Musician hereby confirms that all services itemised in this Invoice were personally rendered or directly supervised by the Musician in Singapore Singapore. All equipment, instruments, and technical resources used during the performance and recording sessions were provided by the Musician unless otherwise stated. Travel and accommodation costs within Singapore Singapore are included in the rates above. Any services rendered outside the geographical boundaries of Singapore Singapore would be subject to a separate Invoice and additional travel surcharge.
This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment and a legal record of the professional Musician services provided. The client is advised to retain this Invoice for their corporate tax records and GST input tax credit claims in accordance with the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) guidelines applicable in Singapore Singapore.
