Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice must be settled in full within fifteen (15) calendar days from the issue date, no later than 30 June 2025. Payment shall be made via direct bank transfer (SEPA) to the Musician's designated account: IBAN ES91 2100 0418 4502 0005 1332, BIC/SWIFT: CAIXESBBXXX, held at CaixaBank, Spain Barcelona branch. The client acknowledges that this Invoice constitutes a legally binding financial document under Spanish commercial law (Ley de Facturación, Ley 58/2003). Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Banco de España for overdue invoices. The Musician reserves the right to suspend any further services in Spain Barcelona until all outstanding balances on this and prior invoices are cleared in full.

The Musician, Alejandro Ferrán Roca, confirms that all services described in this Invoice were performed in full compliance with the professional standards expected of a registered musician in Spain Barcelona. The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the post-event audio recording solely for internal corporate communications and promotional materials within the territory of Spain Barcelona and the broader Catalonia region for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of this Invoice.
The Musician declares that no sub-contractors were used for the performance portion of this engagement. All composition and arrangement work was completed personally by the Musician in his studio located in the Eixample district of Spain Barcelona. Should the client require additional musician services, extensions of the performance, or further compositions in the future, a supplementary invoice will be issued in accordance with the rates agreed upon in the original service contract.
This Invoice is valid for a period of five (5) years from the date of issue, in accordance with Spanish tax record-keeping regulations. The Musician is registered with the Agencia Estatal de Administración Tributaria (AEAT) and the local Ayuntamiento de Barcelona for all applicable professional musician licensing and tax obligations in Spain Barcelona.
