2. The Musician retains full intellectual property rights over all compositions, arrangements, and recordings created under this engagement, except as expressly licensed in Line Item 06. Any further use of the Musician's work beyond the scope of this Invoice requires a separate written agreement.
3. This Invoice is subject to the general terms and conditions of Mendoza Music & Arts Studio, which are available upon request. The governing law for this Invoice and the underlying service agreement is the law of Spain, and any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Valencia, Spain.
4. The Musician confirms that all services were rendered in full compliance with applicable Spanish labor regulations, social security obligations, and tax obligations in the region of Valencia, Spain. The Musician is registered with the Spanish Tax Agency (Agencia Tributaria) and the Social Security system (Seguridad Social).
5. Should the client require a duplicate or corrected copy of this Invoice, please contact the Musician's office at the address listed above. A corrected Invoice will be issued with a new reference number and the original will be marked as void.
6. This Invoice constitutes a legally binding document for the purposes of Spanish commercial and tax law. The Musician requests that the client retain this document for their accounting records in accordance with the Spanish General Tax Law (Ley General Tributaria).
