Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is issued by Perera Music & Performance Services, a registered Musician and performance entity based in Sri Lanka Colombo. Payment of the full grand total of LKR 410,000.00 (Four Hundred Ten Thousand Sri Lankan Rupees) is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the Invoice date of 15 June 2025.
Accepted Payment Methods: Bank transfer to Commercial Bank of Ceylon, Account No. 1010-0123-4567-89, Branch: Colombo Fort, Sri Lanka Colombo. Cheques payable to "Perera Music & Performance Services." Mobile payment via eZ Cash or FriMi is also accepted.
Overdue Payments: A late payment surcharge of 2% per month will be applied to any balance outstanding beyond the due date of 30 June 2025, in accordance with standard commercial practice in Sri Lanka Colombo.
Disputes: Any discrepancies regarding this Invoice must be communicated in writing to the Musician within seven (7) business days of receipt. The Musician reserves the right to suspend further services until all outstanding balances are settled in full.
Notes: This Invoice covers all Musician services rendered for the Ceylon Grand Events corporate gala dinner held in Sri Lanka Colombo. All compositions created under item #3 remain the intellectual property of the Musician, with the client granted a perpetual, non-exclusive license for internal and promotional use. The Musician confirms that all performances comply with the Sri Lanka Copyright Act No. 13 of 2021. This document serves as the official Invoice for tax and accounting purposes under the Inland Revenue Department of Sri Lanka. Please retain this Invoice for your records.
