Notes Regarding This Invoice
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the service agreement signed on 2 June 2025 between the Musician (Khalid Ibrahim El-Tayeb) and Blue Nile Cultural Events Ltd. All services described herein were rendered in Sudan Khartoum and are subject to the terms outlined in the original contract.
The Musician reserves all intellectual property rights to compositions, arrangements, and recordings produced during the engagement period. A limited performance license is granted to the client for promotional use within Sudan Khartoum for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of this Invoice.
All instrument maintenance, tuning, and setup costs are included in the line items above. Any additional requests for the Musician's services beyond the scope defined in this Invoice will be billed separately at the standard hourly rate of 7,500 SDG per hour.
Payment Terms & Instructions
Payment Due: Within 15 calendar days of the Invoice issue date (by 30 June 2025).
Payment Method: Bank transfer to Nile Sound Musician Collective, Bank of Khartoum, Branch: Omdurman, Account No: 0045-8821-3376, SWIFT: BOKXSDKH.
Currency: All amounts are denominated in Sudanese Pounds (SDG). For international payments, the equivalent amount in USD shall be calculated at the Central Bank of Sudan's published exchange rate on the date of payment.
Late Payment: A penalty of 2% per month shall be applied to any outstanding balance beyond the due date specified in this Invoice. The Musician reserves the right to suspend all ongoing services in Sudan Khartoum until full payment is received.
Disputes: Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the Khartoum Commercial Arbitration Centre, Sudan Khartoum, in accordance with Sudanese commercial law.
