Please note that this Invoice is issued in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) and the Federal Act on Value Added Tax (MWSTG). The Musician operates as a self-employed individual registered with the Swiss Federal Tax Administration (ESTV) in the canton of Zurich. All services described herein were performed within the territory of Switzerland Zurich and are subject to the standard Swiss VAT rate of 8.1% as applicable in 2025.
In the event of late payment, interest at the statutory rate of 5% per annum (as defined under Article 104 of the Swiss Code of Obligations) shall accrue from the due date until full settlement. The Musician reserves the right to suspend any further services or withhold original composition scores until this Invoice is paid in full.
Legal Notice: This Invoice constitutes a binding financial document under Swiss commercial law. The Musician, Anna Keller-Meier, is registered in the Swiss Commercial Register (Handelsregister) of the canton of Zurich under number CH-020.1.098.765.4-7. All disputes arising from this Invoice shall be governed by the laws of Switzerland, with exclusive jurisdiction vested in the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
Copyright: All original compositions and arrangements referenced in this Invoice remain the intellectual property of the Musician. The client is granted a limited, non-exclusive license for public performance and digital distribution solely in connection with the Limmat Festival 2025. Any further use requires a separate written agreement and additional licensing fees.
Data Protection: In compliance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (DSG/FADP), personal data contained in this Invoice will be processed solely for the purpose of invoicing, tax reporting, and legal record-keeping. Data will be retained for the statutory period of ten (10) years as required by Swiss tax law.
