Invoice Notes & Musician Service Terms
This Invoice is issued by Bangkok Rhythm Musician Studio, a registered Musician services provider operating in Thailand Bangkok. All services listed above were performed by the Musician, Somchai Rattanakorn, in accordance with the signed Service Agreement dated 20 May 2025. The Musician confirms that all performances, compositions, and recordings referenced in this Invoice were delivered in full compliance with the agreed-upon scope of work for the Thailand Bangkok venue.
The Musician retains full intellectual property rights over all original compositions created under this engagement unless otherwise specified in a separate licensing agreement. The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the recorded performance for internal promotional purposes within Thailand Bangkok for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of this Invoice.
Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand and shall be resolved through the courts of Thailand Bangkok. The Musician and the client agree to attempt good-faith mediation before initiating any formal legal proceedings.
Payment Instructions: Please remit payment of 133,280.00 THB (One Hundred Thirty-Three Thousand Two Hundred Eighty Baht only) within fifteen (15) calendar days of the Invoice date.
