Payment Terms & Instructions
This Invoice must be settled in full within fifteen (15) calendar days from the Invoice date, no later than 30 June 2025. Payment shall be made via bank transfer (EFT/Havale) to the Musician's registered account. The client is requested to reference the Invoice number INV-ANK-2025-04871 in the transfer memo. Late payments are subject to a statutory interest rate as defined under Turkish Commercial Law (Türk Ticaret Kanunu, Article 30). The Musician reserves the right to suspend any further services in Turkey Ankara until outstanding balances on this Invoice are cleared in full.

Important Notes Regarding This Musician Invoice in Turkey Ankara
1. This Invoice has been issued in accordance with the Turkish Accounting Law (6102 sayılı Türk Ticaret Kanunu) and the General Communiqué on Invoices (Fatura Genel Tebliği) published by the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Finance (T.C. Hazine ve Maliye Bakanlığı). The Musician is registered as a self-employed professional (serbest meslek erbabı) with the Ankara Çankaya Tax Office.
2. All services described in this Invoice were physically performed within the administrative boundaries of Turkey Ankara, specifically in the Çankaya and Ulus districts. The Musician confirms full compliance with local performance licensing requirements issued by the Ankara Metropolitan Municipality (Ankara Büyükşehir Belediyesi) and the relevant district governorship (Valilik) permits for public musical performances.
3. The withholding tax (stopaj) deduction of 17% has been applied as mandated by the Turkish Income Tax Law (Gelir Vergisi Kanunu, Article 94) for payments made to a Musician for professional artistic services. The client is responsible for remitting this withheld amount to the Ankara tax authority by the 23rd of the following month.
4. The Musician retains full intellectual property rights over the original composition described in Line Item 2. The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the recorded audio for internal corporate communications and one (1) public promotional video within Turkey Ankara for a period of twelve (12) months from the Invoice date. Any further commercial exploitation requires a separate written agreement with the Musician.
5. This Invoice is valid for a period of one hundred eighty (180) days from the date of issue. The Musician's professional liability insurance policy (No: SIG-ANK-2025-00341, issued by Anadolu Sigorta A.Ş.) covers all services rendered under this Invoice throughout the Turkey Ankara metropolitan area.
