Important Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Turkish Accounting Law (6102 sayılı Türk Ticaret Kanunu) and the relevant regulations of the Republic of Turkey's Ministry of Finance (Hazine ve Maliye Bakanlığı).
2. The Musician, Emre Kaya, is a registered self-employed professional (serbest meslek erbabı) operating in Istanbul, Turkey, and is subject to the applicable withholding tax (stopaj) and value-added tax (KDV) obligations.
3. All Musician services described in this Invoice were performed within the boundaries of Istanbul, Turkey, and are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Istanbul.
4. The client acknowledges that the Musician retains full intellectual property rights over the original composition (Ref 03) until full payment of this Invoice is received. Upon clearance, a limited, non-exclusive license for promotional use is granted to the client.
5. This Invoice is valid for 30 calendar days from the issue date. After this period, the Musician reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with updated rates if applicable.
6. The Musician confirms that all instruments and equipment used during the services listed in this Invoice are properly insured and maintained in accordance with safety standards applicable in Turkey Istanbul.
