Invoice Notes & Musician Service Terms
This Invoice is issued by Kwame Ochieng Music & Entertainment Ltd., a registered Musician and entertainment services provider operating in Uganda Kampala. All services rendered under this Invoice comply with the Uganda Revenue Authority tax regulations and the Uganda Copyright and Performance Rights Society (UCPRS) guidelines for live musical performances.
The Musician team guarantees a minimum of four hours of continuous live performance at the designated venue in Kampala. Any extension beyond the contracted duration will be billed at a rate of 250,000 UGX per additional thirty-minute block. The Musician reserves the right to reschedule services with a minimum of 48 hours' written notice in the event of force majeure circumstances.
All original compositions delivered under this Invoice remain the intellectual property of the Musician, with the client granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for internal corporate use within Uganda Kampala and its affiliated offices. Any commercial redistribution, broadcast, or public performance of the custom composition requires a separate written agreement and additional royalty payment as stipulated by Ugandan intellectual property law.
