In the event of a dispute regarding the Musician services rendered, both parties agree to resolve the matter through mediation in United Arab Emirates Dubai before pursuing any legal action. The Musician's performance schedule is subject to confirmation by the Dubai Culture & Arts Authority, and any cancellation by the client within 72 hours of the scheduled performance will incur a 50% cancellation fee on the total Invoice amount.
