The Musician reserves the right to suspend further services until outstanding balances are settled in full.
Intellectual Property: All compositions, arrangements, and original musical works created by the Musician specifically for this engagement are the property of Birmingham City Council upon receipt of full payment of this Invoice. The Musician retains the right to perform these works in other venues within Birmingham, United Kingdom, and internationally, provided the client is credited as the original commissioner.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated services shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The parties agree to first attempt mediation through the Birmingham Chamber of Commerce before pursuing any legal action in the courts of Birmingham, United Kingdom.
