Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is issued by the undersigned Musician, James Alexander Whitfield, operating as a sole trader registered in United Kingdom London. The total amount of £17,088.00 (seventeen thousand and eighty-eight pounds sterling) is due within thirty (30) calendar days of the Invoice date, i.e., no later than 14 July 2025.
Payment shall be made via BACS bank transfer to the following account:

All services described in this Invoice were performed by the Musician personally or under the Musician’s direct supervision.
