Any disputes arising from this invoice shall be resolved through mediation in Cook County, Illinois, prior to any litigation. The musician reserves all intellectual property rights to original compositions unless explicitly transferred in a separate written agreement. This invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the issue date. The musician holds a valid City of Chicago Business License (No. 2025-BL-44821) and is registered with the Illinois Secretary of State. All payments are due in United States Dollars (USD).
