Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of this Invoice. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 0.05% per day as stipulated under Vietnamese commercial law. Notes & Terms of Service
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Circular No. 39/2014/TT-BTC of the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam governing electronic invoicing practices in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City and nationwide.
2. The Musician confirms that all performances, recordings, and workshops described in this Invoice were conducted in full compliance with the intellectual property laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. All original compositions performed belong to the Musician, and the client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for promotional use within Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City for a period of twelve (12) months.
3. The Musician has fulfilled all obligations under the Service Agreement dated May 20, 2025, executed between the parties in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City. No additional services were rendered beyond those itemized in this Invoice.
4. The withholding tax of 5% has been deducted at source in accordance with Vietnamese personal income tax regulations applicable to individual Musician service providers operating in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City. The client is responsible for remitting this amount to the local tax authority within the statutory deadline.
5. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith. Should negotiation fail, the matter shall be submitted to the People's Court of District 1, Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City, for adjudication under Vietnamese law.
6. This Invoice constitutes the final and complete statement of charges for the Musician's services during the period specified. No additional fees, surcharges, or reimbursements shall be claimed beyond the amounts stated herein.
