Invoice Notes & Terms
This Invoice is issued by the undersigned Musician in accordance with the service agreement (Ref: ZNAC/SA/2025/089) executed between the Zimbabwe National Arts Council and the Musician on 20 May 2025. All services were rendered in and around Harare, Zimbabwe, and are subject to the terms outlined in the original contract.
Payment for this Invoice is due within fourteen (14) calendar days of the issue date. The Musician requests that all payments be made in United States Dollars (USD) via bank transfer to the account detailed below. Late payments will incur a penalty of 2% per month as stipulated under Zimbabwean commercial law.
The Musician confirms that all performances, compositions, and audio deliverables referenced in this Invoice have been completed to the satisfaction of the Zimbabwe National Arts Council. The original composition "Harare Sunrise" is hereby transferred in full to the Council, and the Musician retains no further rights to the work beyond the credit attribution specified in the agreement.
This Invoice has been prepared in compliance with the Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (ZRA) regulations governing the issuance of tax invoices for services rendered within Zimbabwe. The Musician is registered under the ZRA taxpayer identification number ZW-44872-19 and is in good standing as of the date of this Invoice.
