Terms, Conditions & Payment Instructions
This Invoice is issued by DeepSea Research & Consulting Ltd., a registered professional services firm operating in Algeria Algiers, in accordance with the Algerian Commercial Code and applicable tax regulations. The services described herein were rendered by Dr. Karim Haddad, a licensed Oceanographer, under contract reference OCE-ALG-2025-003.
- Payment Terms: Full payment of this Invoice is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified below. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated in Algerian commercial law.

- Confidentiality: The Oceanographer and all associated personnel agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all data collected, processed, and reported under this engagement, in compliance with Algerian data protection regulations.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated services shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. In the absence of resolution, matters shall be submitted to the competent commercial court in Algeria Algiers.
