3. The Oceanographer services described herein were performed in compliance with the Australian Marine Safety Committee (AMSC) regulations, the Queensland Fisheries Act 1994, and the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority (GBRMPA) permit conditions (Permit No. GBR-2025-1187).
4. Any disputes regarding this Invoice should be directed to the billing office in writing within 14 days of the issue date. Unresolved disputes may be referred to the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal (QCAT) in Brisbane.
5. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the issue date. After this period, a revised Invoice may be issued to reflect any applicable rate adjustments.
