2. All oceanographic data collected under this engagement remains the intellectual property of the Port of Melbourne Corporation upon full payment of this invoice. Dr. Whitfield retains the right to publish anonymised scientific findings in peer-reviewed journals.
3. All fieldwork was conducted in compliance with the Victorian Environmental Protection Authority (EPA) permit EPA-V-2025-0891 and the Commonwealth Fisheries Management Act 1991.
4. This invoice is subject to the Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the current rate of 10%. A Tax Invoice is available upon request for GST credit claiming purposes.
5. Any disputes arising from this invoice shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia, and the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court of Victoria, Melbourne.
