Payment Terms & Notes
Payment Method: Bank Transfer to DeepSea Oceanographic Research Institute, Sonali Bank PLC, Banani Branch, Dhaka. Account No: 1010-00456789-001. Please reference Invoice No. DSO-2025-00472 in your remittance.
Due Date: The balance amount of BDT 3,919,320.00 is due on or before 30 June 2025. A late payment penalty of 1.5% per month will be applied to overdue balances as per the Bangladesh government procurement regulations.
Scope of Work: All oceanographic fieldwork described in this Invoice was conducted in compliance with the Bangladesh Environment Conservation Act 1995 and the guidelines issued by the Bangladesh Coast Guard and the Department of Environment, Dhaka. The Oceanographer and supporting team obtained all necessary permits for marine research activities in the Bay of Bengal and the Sundarbans region.
Deliverables: Upon full settlement of this Invoice, the Lead Oceanographer shall deliver the complete hard-copy and digital report (5 copies), all raw datasets in CSV and NetCDF formats, GIS shapefiles, and a 45-minute presentation to the Ministry of Water Resources in Dhaka within 15 working days.
Warranty: The Oceanographer guarantees the accuracy of all data and findings for a period of 12 months from the date of final report submission. Any data correction requests within this period will be addressed at no additional cost.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Dhaka, Bangladesh, in accordance with the Arbitration Act 2001 of Bangladesh.
