- The Oceanographer services described herein were performed in full compliance with the Belgian Maritime Code, the OSPAR Convention, and the EU Marine Strategy Framework Directive (2008/56/EC).
- In the event of a dispute regarding this Invoice, the parties agree that the courts of Brussels, Belgium shall have exclusive jurisdiction, in accordance with Belgian civil procedure law.
- Late payment shall incur statutory interest at the rate prescribed by the Belgian Law of 2 April 1991 on late payment in commercial transactions, plus a fixed compensation of €40 per invoice.
- This Invoice constitutes the final and complete statement of charges for the services rendered during the period specified. No additional fees shall be invoiced for the same scope of work without prior written amendment to the contract.
