Invoice Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the regulations of the State Taxation Administration of the People's Republic of China and the specific procurement guidelines of the China Beijing municipal government. All amounts are denominated in Chinese Yuan (CNY) and are subject to the applicable value-added tax as stipulated by China Beijing fiscal authority.
2. Payment for this Invoice shall be remitted via bank transfer to the account of the Oceanographer, Dr. Wei Lian Zhang, at the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC), Haidian Branch, China Beijing. Account details are listed on the reverse of this Invoice document.
3. The Oceanographer warrants that all data, analyses, and conclusions presented in the associated technical report were obtained using internationally recognized oceanographic methodologies and comply with the China Beijing National Marine Data Standards (GB/T 12763 series).
4. Any dispute arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in China Beijing under the rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC).
5. This Invoice is valid for 90 calendar days from the issue date. Late payments beyond the due date of July 15, 2025, shall incur a penalty of 0.05% per calendar day as per China Beijing commercial contract law.
6. The Oceanographer reserves the right to publish anonymized scientific findings from this engagement in peer-reviewed journals, subject to prior written approval from the China Beijing client organization.
