Important Notes Regarding This Invoice
1. This Invoice covers all oceanographic services rendered by the Lead Oceanographer and supporting field team between 1 March 2025 and 12 June 2025 in DR Congo Kinshasa and the Matadi estuarine zone.
2. All data, reports, and intellectual property generated by the Oceanographer during this engagement are the exclusive property of the Ministry of Environment, Republic of DR Congo, upon full settlement of this Invoice.
3. The Oceanographer warrants that all measurements, analyses, and conclusions presented in the deliverables comply with the International Hydrographic Organization (IHO) standards and the national environmental regulations of DR Congo.
4. Any additional oceanographic fieldwork, re-sampling, or supplementary analysis requested after the completion of the scope defined in this Invoice will be subject to a separate Invoice and prior written approval.
5. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, a revised Invoice reflecting current exchange rates and applicable tax adjustments in DR Congo Kinshasa will be required.
