Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is payable within thirty (30) calendar days of the issue date, no later than 14 July 2025. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Nile Delta Oceanographic Research Institute account at Commercial International Bank, Egypt Cairo branch (IBAN: EG38 CIBL 0001 9876 5432 1000 1234).
Overdue payments are subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Egyptian Commercial Law. The Oceanographer reserves the right to suspend ongoing data delivery and model updates until full settlement of this Invoice is confirmed.
All services described in this Invoice were performed in accordance with the Egyptian Environmental Affairs Agency (EEAA) regulations and the International Hydrographic Organization (IHO) standards applicable to Egypt Cairo coastal jurisdictions.
Notes & Additional Information
This Invoice covers all oceanographic fieldwork, laboratory analysis, modelling, and reporting services rendered by the Oceanographer, Dr. Layla Hassan, for the period March 2025 through June 2025. The Oceanographer's professional licence (OCE-EGY-2019-0042) is registered with the Egyptian Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Egypt Cairo.
All raw and processed data, including bathymetric grids, water quality datasets, and model output files, have been deposited in the Egypt Cairo National Oceanographic Data Centre under Project Reference OCE-EGY-CAI-2025-09. The client retains full intellectual property rights to the final reports and model deliverables as specified in the original service agreement dated 28 February 2025.
The Oceanographer confirms that all sampling activities were conducted with the necessary permits from the Egyptian Navy Coastal Command and the Ministry of Environment. No environmental violations or non-conformities were recorded during the execution of the work described in this Invoice.
