This Invoice is issued by Meridian Oceanographic Research Institute, a registered entity in France Paris, in accordance with the French Commercial Code (Code de Commerce) Articles L441-3 through L441-6. All oceanographic data collected during the engagement period remains the intellectual property of the client, Institut National de l'Océanographie, as stipulated in Contract CTR-2025-OCE-0091. The Oceanographer and the Institute retain the right to publish anonymised findings in peer-reviewed journals with prior written consent from the client.

This Invoice is valid for payment within 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Late payments are subject to statutory interest at the rate prescribed by Article L441-10 of the French Commercial Code, plus a fixed penalty of 40 EUR for recovery costs. Payment must be made in Euros (EUR) to the bank account specified below.
