This Invoice confirms the completion of all contracted oceanographic services rendered by Dr. Elena Vasquez, a licensed and certified Oceanographer operating under the professional regulations of the State of Hesse, Germany. All fieldwork was conducted in full compliance with the Germany Frankfurt environmental protection statutes and the European Union Water Framework Directive (2000/60/EC).
The Oceanographer certifies that all data collected, analyses performed, and recommendations provided in this engagement are accurate, reproducible, and conducted in accordance with the International Hydrographic Organization (IHO) standards. Payment Terms & Conditions
Payment Due: 30 days from the date of this Invoice (15 July 2025).
Payment Method: SEPA bank transfer to the IBAN listed above. Please reference Invoice No. DSI-2025-04871 in your transfer remarks.
Late Payment: In accordance with German commercial law (BGB § 288), a late payment interest of 8 percentage points above the European Central Bank reference rate will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date.
Disputes: Any disputes regarding this Invoice or the oceanographic services described herein shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. The Oceanographer reserves the right to suspend ongoing advisory services until all outstanding balances are settled in full.
Tax Compliance: This Invoice has been issued in compliance with the German Fiscal Code (Abgabenordnung) and the EU VAT Directive. The VAT identification number of the Oceanographer's operating entity is stated in the header of this document.
